EB5 Litigation Settlement with PNC Bank
“As this tumultuous year comes to an end, I am grateful to have reached an amicable settlement with PNC Bank on behalf of one of our EB5 clients. In this case, PNC Bank reached a settlement with a group of Chinese investors claiming PNC had conspired with intent to defraud. These immigrant investors were defrauded out of millions of dollars they had collectively invested to back a now-shuttered Miami Beach Hotel in hopes of securing immigration visas.
